🌸 Spring Celebration Volunteers Needed! 🌸
Our annual Spring Celebration is coming up this May, and we need YOUR help to make it truly magical! We’re looking for a few more volunteers to join our planning committee and help bring this fun-filled event to life.
Here are the roles we’re hoping to fill:
📋 Administrator: Help keep everything running smoothly by managing volunteer sign-ups through Sign-Up Genius, create food tickets, and send job descriptions to volunteers ahead of the event. We'd love if you could assist on the day of the event but it is not required. 💻 Great news: most of this role can be done remotely!
🎨 TWO Activities Coordinators: Let’s make this event unforgettable for kids and families! Help brainstorm, plan, and coordinate games, crafts, and activities, and direct and assist with event-day setup and cleanup. 🧑🤝🧑 Much of the prep work can be done remotely, but we do need at least one coordinator available onsite on the day of the event.

Fundraising Goals
Lighting the Future - Phase 2
Last year, because of your incredible generosity, we took a huge first step in transforming our lighting system. We installed a brand-new light board and upgraded half of our stage lights to vibrant, full-spectrum LED fixtures — instantly elevating the quality, clarity, and impact of every performance.
Now it’s time to finish what we started.
This year’s goal is to complete Phase 2 of our lighting upgrade by replacing the final 10 lights, bringing our entire system into the modern era. But we’re not stopping there. We’ll also be upgrading the behind-the-scenes infrastructure — the essential (but less glamorous!) components that ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in perfect harmony.
When this project is complete, we’ll have a fully integrated, seamless lighting system that enhances every production, event, and celebration in our space. Together, we can literally put our students and performers in the best possible light.
Supporting Financial Aid
In addition to completing our lighting upgrade, we are also raising funds for something especially close to our hearts — financial aid.
Financial aid is a critical part of what makes Eagle School such a special community. It ensures that talented, curious, and compassionate students can walk through our doors regardless of financial circumstances. It strengthens our classrooms, deepens perspectives, and plays a vital role in fostering the diversity and inclusion that define who we are.
When we invest in financial aid, we invest directly in students — in their confidence, their friendships, their growth, and their future. Your support helps keep Eagle accessible, welcoming, and vibrant for all families.
