How do I place an order?
You can click on any item on the main page to see its details and colors are available. To place an order, first select your desired size from the Size list, then select your desired color by clicking on the Fabric Color dot, select quantity desired of that particular size/color combination from the Quantity list, and then click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue to shop, or add or remove items from your cart as needed until you are ready to check out.
How do I check out?
When you're ready to check out, go to your cart to confirm items selected.
IMPORTANT - TO ENSURE PROPER DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEMS: We ask you enter the recipients name and Unit for delivery to their locker. If this will be a gift for your child, include the words "Hold in office for" so items will be held in the Reception Office for pick-up rather than delivered to your child's locker.
After you confirming items in your cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will begin by entering your basic contact information (no login is necessary).
What are my payment options?
You may pay online by credit card (Visa, MC, or American Express), or you may select "Offline Payment" to submit a check directly to Eagle School. If so, please make your check payable to Eagle School for the total shown on the right side of the checkout page. Please write "EAGLEware" in the check memo, and deposit in the "EAGLEware Payments" folder in Susan Thompson's office at your earliest convenience.
How is my order delivered?
Ordered items will be placed in your child's locker during the last week of school prior to winter break. If you included "Hold in office" by your child's name in the "Add note to seller" box in your cart, your items will be held in the Reception Office for pickup, rather than delivered to your child's locker.
Returns & Refunds?
Please double-check each order item in your cart carefully before checking out. Printed apparel is custom-made per order, so we apologize that no returns or refunds can be issued due to ordering mistakes.
