A newly opened restaurant in Middleton, Thalaivas will be offering a live dosa station for our Spring Celebration. Dosa is a thin, fermented crepe made from a batter of rice and lentils. The batter is spread on a hot griddle and cooked until crispy. It is delicious and super popular!
